Woke up with an arthritis flare-up today, so missed church, read the paper then down for a 2 hour nap, then finally managed a shower and after resting again hauled myself off to the store for bread so I would be able to make hubby's lunch tomorrow. Turns out bread was on sale so got 6 loaves with 5 to go in the freezer. Broke down and bought some icecream--it was on sale, and I felt miserable. I try to never buy ice cream more than once a month. If I told myself I could NEVER have ice cream again, I would be sneaking it every chance I get. Much easier to tell myself I can buy it once a month.
Very glad to get home from the store, though as I was hurting so much.
